Admission Criteria

ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION

Minimum qualification for admission to Diploma in Pharmacy is passed in 10+2 examination (regular science academic stream) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Mathematics. OR Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy Council of India as equivalent to the above examination.

  • Prospectus may be purchased from the college or downloaded from the institution website. However, it is mandatory to have prospectus for all the students.
  • Duly filled admission form available at the last page of the prospectus should be submitted along with the necessary documents and initial payment of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) for the first year.
  • Admission is solely based on first come first serve basis.
  • 30,000/- (rupees thirty thousand only) must be paid before the winter break. All first-year fee must be cleared before first year final examination.
  • For the second year, initial payment of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) within one month of class re-opening (i.e., September) and Rs. 20,000/- (rupees twenty thousand only) must be paid before the winter break. All fees must be cleared before final examination.
  • All fees must be cleared before starting the internship or completion of the course.
  • After securing admission, if, for any reason, a student wants to withdraw herself/himself before starting of the class, 5% of the amount paid will be deducted; and 10% after 15 working days. After which there will be no refund at all cost.
  • Except the initial payment, fees may be paid in instalment; however, fees are not refundable nor transferable.
  • Caution money will be refunded only after completion of the whole course.
  • Availing or purchasing of prospectus does not assure any reservation or confirm admission. Admission will be confirmed only after submission of completely filled admission form along with payment of first instalment of the course fee, i,e., Rs. 50,000/-

How to Apply

Students can apply either online at the admission portal of the College or alternatively Admission Forms and Prospectus are also available in the College Office on payment.

Confirmation of online application for admission will be done after reviewing of application (documents).

 

Please read the prospectus carefully before applying for admission.

     

      1. To do admission online.
      2. First download the Admission form.
      3. And click Admission portal on the website and upload the dully filled admission form and all required documents
      4. Click Submit after you have uploaded the required documents.
      5. Candidates will receive a notification in their mobile no or email regarding the successful submission of the application form.
      6. The admission office will verify your documents after which you will receive an email regarding the status of your application.
      7. Admission will be given on first-come first-serve basis.
      8. Please ensure that you enter the correct data in your application form, incomplete form may not be submitted or accepted.
      9. Please ensure that you have with you scan copies of the following documents for uploading (size of the document should not exceed 200kb):
      10. After payment of the Admission fee, a copy of the transaction receipt (Student Name, Mode of payment, UTR no, date of payment, amount and Bank with Branch name) must be uploaded in the portal for seat confirmation.
      11. Candidates will receive a notification in their mobile no or email regarding the acceptance of their admission. Other details like date of commencement of classes will also be notified to the students by email or whatsapp.
      12. You are also requested to check the college website- mipsaizawl.in for any update and notifications.

     

     

    OFFLINE MODE

    Students can download the application form easily from the download portal of the College website. Dully filled application form can be submitted in the college office along with the following documents:

        1. Xth Mark-sheet and Certificate
        2. XIIth Mark-sheet and Certificate
        3. Birth Certificate
        4. Residential Certificate
        5. Tribal/Caste Certificate
        6. Aadhar card
        7. Migration Certificate for other state
        8. Five (5) recent passport photos. (kindly keep in handy for further use)
